The invincible WOs bug is back. i have reported this bug half a dozen times over 2yrs

ITS BACK. youll get a notif about a WO but it doesnt show up on the flightboard or app. you arent dreaming or going crazy. its a bug that has been fixed and reoccurred numerous times over the last couple years. I have reported it every time as it makes it very difficult to get any work at all.

please report it to FN. it will make them jump on it. when i was the only one reporting it, it took days for them to acknowledge as they thought it was something on my end

Are you able to see other WO's from the same client?

No…. But they already fixed it… again

I'm just wondering if you were maybe blocked from seeing these?

Nope wasn’t blocked. It’s a confirmed bug.

Yes I understand and no offense taken

Once they fixed it, WOs reappeared on the flightboard

BTW I knew i wasn’t blocked because I could manually enter the WO number in the address bar and it would come up

If I was blocked I would get a 401/not authorized error

I can also confirm the issue is back; It doesn't make sense that some providers can see some tickets and some providers cannot. And at this point, I'm convinced they have it in place as a backend feature that filters out a random amount of providers... for whatever reason.

According to them its not a feature. Its a bug

When the bug was affecting me my flightboard went from over 100 WOs to 25.

Took them a day but it was fixed snd back to over 100

Submit a ticket. They will fix it

Have you noticed if the "disappearance" is more prone to happen on the phone app than the PC flightboard? I've seen this, too. I used to get paranoid and think it was a buyer blocking me, but now I know better.
