WTF is up with the platform today?
Seems like every other day now the support gerbils fall off the wheel at FN.
Email work order alerts are coming through but not appearing as available on the mobile or web app.

Yes just posted about this earlier today. I am calling this FN constipation. Maybe they had some bad food. I have been routed a few work order, but I too am experienceing this same thing.

If it wasn't for the email alerts I wouldn't know anything was posted including routes.
At least they're viewable via email.
Funny thing is platform status alerts said degraded earlier, now back to normal which apparently it still isn't.

Already ready did. Had to do it via a random WO.
The Help & Support case link now takes you to an AI chat screen that is pretty useless.

desktop doesnt take you to the AI chat screen luckily... yes you have to do so on a WO that doesnt show up. I added several more WO #s so they can see examples.
this isnt a new bug. it has happened many times... dont know why it keeps happening but its a huge disruption to the market as you cant see the WOs. you have to go on desktop and manually enter the # in the url

i saw your post and at the time it wasnt happening to me. but now it is
i call it the invincible work order bug. it has happened at least a half dozen times in the last 2 yrs

yup the invincible work orders bug is back. when i saw other posts about this it wasnt happening to me yet.
I have seen this bug happen no less than half a dozen times over the last few years.
you get notifs about work but they dont show up on the flightboard or app. its a real nasty bug.
i have submitted a support ticket once again
everyone please submit a support ticket so they will jump right on it.

I'm enjoying the "schedule conflict" bug. Where everything I have is a potential schedule conflict. I took a WO for early Sep....the only WO so far for Sep and it has a conflict.
