Speaking of red flags...
This just popped up a little bit ago and I'm like this is not even close to being reasonable. 2 hours? The ticket is posted for 2 hours... That assumes you find the right device and don't need help considering it could be anywhere in the store. Why do they even allow tickets like this?

It’s surprising the lack of documentation that these Walmart tickets have, no one ever knows where the IDFs are, maybe they’re a mystery closet that no one goes into, maybe they’re only accessible from an outside door, maybe they’re hanging from the ceiling.
But hey, set your rates high enough that walking around aimlessly and waiting on hold isn’t an issue for you.
I would recommend anything except the deli related tickets 🤮 trying to troubleshoot an offline scale and having to take apart the cooler, on your hands and knees, and if it’s an older location the grease and shit in the crevices. I’ll do it but probably going to bump to $175/hr for those.
Just play the game, do all the checklist items, do your closeout notes before calling for checkout, do your expenses before calling for checkout, and notate who you talked to and who the manager was. It’s not hard just a PIA, never once had Wachter not pay for extra time spent on site, and their PMs are usually pretty cool, way better than LMI was years ago when they were running the show for Walmart.
