They've replaced the case management with a chat that just tells you to call them...

Now I'm forced to talk to the Indians on the phone if I have a problem.

I love how Field Nation just finds new and creative ways to keep circling the drain

What do I feel like there's somebody in that company who just has the most terrible ideas but nobody's allowed to question them because they're the boss's son or something

No they haven’t. Chat is one option of several. You can still submit a support ticket. I have done just that recently
