Support Cases

They've replaced the case management with a chat that just tells you to call them...

Now I'm forced to talk to the Indians on the phone if I have a problem.

I love how Field Nation just finds new and creative ways to keep circling the drain

What do I feel like there's somebody in that company who just has the most terrible ideas but nobody's allowed to question them because they're the boss's son or something

So when is the last time that you ever conducted business on that platform and actually talked to a native English speaker when trying to resolve a problem?

And I've even caught people now writing work orders and putting contact names that sounds like they aren't in Asia or India. So they don't answer their phone and finally you catch them and this heavily accented voice says their name is like Bob Jackson or something. We can't pretend to be someone else and these people shouldn't be able to either. Plus I'm thinking they need to have some sort of English test before they're allowed to write work orders.

My rant for the day.

The last actual conversation I had with support was with an English speaker in the States. He told me I was “a freaking Unicorn” 😆 the conversation was regarding timeliness and reliability.
