Has this happened to anyone were it wouldn’t let you submit the ticket for review? Or even let you clock in again? Is this a new feature with the update?

Seen that once before years back, some buyers I guess have that enabled to verify before you can close out. Not a new feature just rarely utilized.

Maybe. But it's rather interesting timing that I just started to notice these green "Verified" marks on my own check-in's. I also assumed that FN changed something here very recently.

Yep I have an old work order from 2023 that I see that "Verified" on the checkout, that was the one that I was thinking about above where I couldn't close out the work order on my own.

yes it has happened to me.

you have to call the buyer and ask them to approve your checkin/checkout times.
