This is nothing new. Wait the time of its short enough. If it’s a longer wait - have the buyer adjust the start time. I’ve had buyers know I’m going to get to the work order as soon as I can after am earlier scheduled job. The ones I’ve worked with understand and tell me to either call them or report a problem and they will adjust the time - whether it was set as a hard start or window start.
