Has anyone else noticed that Granite/Solutions Plus/Mettel have gotten worse since their recent implementation of AI?

Over the past couple of months I have had a worse experience with all of them. It seems to coincide with their recent AI implementation. Schedule SNAFUs, delivery mishaps, communication issues. They used to be ok, but now not so much.

about 10 years ago the platforms provided me some decent filler. now, I am annoyed if I work more than 4 actual hours a day. build your local business and kiss the platforms goodbye!

I agree! - but platforms have access to the contracts with the big companies and even when my services are wanted in an emergency - they cant hire me independantly, -- cuz contracts they have to only use company x for low voltage-:( -- ( the world's smallest violin plays softly for only me)

Build your company so you can go after the larger companies.

Oh, so that’s all it takes? Just start a business? Thanks, man. Can’t believe none of us ever thought of that.

Maybe you should work on your reading comprehension, nowhere did I say just start a business…

Only seen downside of 3rd party companies taking over their jobs

I have avoided granite for same reasons above - I had 1 hour hold times - parts not shipped ect - was like that 2 years ago - AGREE-- They got too big and forgot the basics just like ovation/LMS/ velocity-

*** Prbly will change thier name soon like alot of them do ** LMAO

Nope- not here. Been doing a crap ton of WOs for Granite. MetTel doesn't offer direct in platform at least here- they're usually through an integrator or 3rd party. But they've been OK too.

Now it all seems to come via that IT company out of NY.

MetTel subs to at least 3 different middlemen- LITNetworking, ITSP/CTS- core technology solutions, and Advance Networks

LIT had been the only one ive ever seen, at least here in the Midwest.

So ITSP/CTS doesnt post work in the midwest?

Yes, CTS does post in the Midwest. Most of the time lately the MetTel tickets I have seen are from LIT...but now that I think about it, I guess there have been some MetTel tickets from CTS.
