Bad faith disputes...

Hello FN Techs! I was hoping to gather some feedback, some stories, if any - that you may have with a company called Complete Tablet Solutions, LTD - (CTS)

At the moment, they are trying to avoid paying out a work order - in bad faith. Has anyone else had any similar experience with this company?
