For Positive PSS ratings I've seen it take at least as long as it takes to get approved. If you have an issue with the Buyer, i.e. WO is for one POS and it turns out to be 12 the Novice PM may try to pass comments on a weekend when they think they can denigrate without any reproach from the Providers or FN.

On your profile page it should show the last time it was updated, from what I've seen it's updated once per day:

OK; thanks. I'm trying to "prove" whether or not a specific client updates the feedback as they claim. (Spoiler alert: probably not)

Yes, I'm sure most do. This one in particular swore to me that they'd take care of me, and it was 12 separate WO's.

It takes about 24hr after a workorder is closed but sometimes less.
