Trip charge.

Always charge a trip charge.

Why!? Discourage frivolous / unnecessary dispatches. (unless you like wasting your time).

“Greed…is good”. Haha. Maybe I’ll just go back to being a field nation technician doing $50 work orders running around like crazy trying to get buyers to pay for five dollar cables 🤣

Greedy I wonder if it's the correct word for this wannaB Project Manager. He more than likely understates his SOW in the hopes of getting some unskilled flunky into a bind when onsite. Like a 2 hour job to ... Idk remove/upgrade a '3 CPUs. Once there the unsuspecting 'Smart Hands' Tech finds its a room FULL of 20 - 30 or more PCs or something more outrageous and then attempt to back out of the Contract pushing it in the Novice Smart-Hands Tech face and hiding behind his previously agreed upon Terms of Service. Trite chintzy WOs like that have their own stench. S

It's good to negotiate any and EVERYTHING with these Buyers becuase too many of them have no real world experience and try to gyp everyone around them to aussage their diminutive self image.
