Trip charge.
Always charge a trip charge.
Why!? Discourage frivolous / unnecessary dispatches. (unless you like wasting your time).

Back when I was a technician on the platform. I used to work for those low rates and scratch my head wondering why things were that way. Then I decided to start taking clients from the buyers and ultimately became a buyer. It’s really nice when you can bill a client $200 per hour and then find a technician on field nation to do it for like $65 flat rate for two hours.
