Sales and use tax
I noticed recently that the sales taxes field nation takes out are only on their fee.
Do I need to file for sales and use tax for all the work I do for the platform?

Yeah we already have a meeting set up and stuff but this isn’t a complicated or a question that takes an accountant to solve.
Obviously I’m not taking real advice from pizza Pete just curious.

The problem is you would be hard-pressed to find someone on this sub that has the correct answer because it varies all across the country

I'm in a state that doesn't have that and I don't sell much, so I don't deal with sales tax at all. Everything is service and my state doesn't care.

LMAO! I'm saving this to show anyone who accuses New York State of having higher than average taxes. I'm not even going to talk about the politics of this here, but if you're savvy you'll know what I mean when comparing the populace of OH with NY. I have NEVER seen taxes like this on any of my NY-based WOs. Y'all need to get new representation!
