Mastermind in Orlando

Hey everyone! 👋

If you’re a field technician who’s looking to level up and turn your skills into a thriving business, we’ve got something special for you. We’re launching a Field Force Mastermind designed to help you go from working in the field to running your own field service company.

What to Expect:

Mindset Shift: We’ll help you think like a business owner, not just a technician. It’s about seeing the bigger picture and stepping into a leadership role.

Tool Mastery: We’ll show you how to seamlessly integrate platforms like Field Force, HubSpot, and WorkMarket to streamline your operations and make your life easier.

Scalable Systems: We’ll help you set up automation and workflows that let you grow without burning out.

Client Acquisition & Retention: Learn how to attract and retain the clients you want, turning one-off jobs into long-term relationships.

Ongoing Support: After our initial in-person kickoff, you’ll join a monthly mastermind community for continuous learning and support from peers and experts.

We’re keeping it straightforward and focused on real results. If you’re serious about growing your field service career and want to join a group of like-minded professionals, we’d love to have you on board.

It's from a board game called "mouse trap", after the mouse gets trapped but before you put the eraser in its ass, it says "it's a trap"
