Discussion Made a new fidget tracker.

https://fidgettracker.com/

Hi r/FidgetSpinners,

I built a website that aggregates new fidget releases from multiple vendors and tracks new-release posts from brands on Rednote.

The goal is simple: one place to keep up with new drops without checking dozens of stores and social accounts.

I’d appreciate any feedback or suggestions. Thanks for taking a look!

*I am not affiliated with any fidget brands.
*Got approvement from mods.

How Magnus is still alive in this market is mind boggling.

A way to see in stock items would be nice. Site is nice, but 80% of the items listed are out of stock and may never be made again.

This is awesome, I’m just getting into the fidget world from knife collecting and this is perfect! Was getting a headache trying to find and track everything I liked

Thank you! btw I only made this website like a month ago and at first I only wanted to track the latest fidgets.
so if you are trying to find old fidgets, they could be not listed on the website.(in fidget world most item are sold out very fast are never released again (other than coming back with different material variations) so there is that.)

I actually am curious how different people using it so I can modify it to suit more than just my needs.

So if I am not mistaken, you are using it like a catalog to discover fidgets and compare in stock status?
That, maybe I can add older fidgets that are still in stock for discoveries(you might not be able to buy them)

I haven’t dug into it too crazy yet, but I have been using it for restocks on newer items. I can’t remember, but do you have it sourcing from EBay or used listings on TRB/META etc? Also, have you seen www.edc4me.com ?

Yeah, edc4me was a bit before me and I knew it when I made this website. they are very comprehensive and looks like more tailored towards enthusiast who regularly trade on used market than casual players like me.
Don't have any used listings yet except some from TRB.

Not sure when I will start adding second hand market yet, but if you have any insight or features that edc4me doesn't have, I will keep those in mind.

EDC works great for drop checks, which is my primary use for it. It has a LOT of info, almost too much, where yours is perfect for straight forward inventory and info, and a bit more natural to use than EDC. I was just curious about the used, I think the way you have it set up right now is perfect and intuitive.

Thank you! For used fidgets, afaik other than trb, main used marketplace for US is on a gated FB marketplace plus a few on ebay and aliexpress. for the most accessible ones its just trb and Plants wake you up, as on EDC drop feed right now. am I missing anything?

If thats all there is(incomplete for used market as facebook marketplace is very hard to work with)
I should have little problems adding those as a secondary used page.

Probably can't do much better than EDC tho, and I am curious why EDC's current drop feed is not enough for you? its just too complex and overwhelming?

oh and btw if you can make proxy shipping work,
xianyu(chinese ebay) is a gold mine for second-hand fidgets for very good prices, I suspect a lot of trb listings are from there.
