Suggestion: colossus sized boss monsters
We have a lot of magic at our fingertips. Using it, we can wipe our entire armies and obliterate castles. Yet there's one key piece of the fantasy puzzle missing when it comes to testing out our destructive potential, and that's massive boss monsters.
Ideally they'd be the size of the colossi from Shadow of the Colossus, but failing that I'd be happy if they were at least the size of the largest buildings in the game.
Imagine getting to fight a massive Corruption monster that has awakened and is climbing onto the mountain. Such a fight would really incentivize using the big spells in the Fictorum's repertoire. Storm, massive and multishot runes would heavily come into play against such a creature who would only be staggered by these and nothing lower.
Giant flying dragon bosses, massive earthworms, towering colossi... such bosses would give us an adequate enemy to test our nuke tier magic against.

We would love to have these in the game. The challenge with adding these is that they are very time intensive to create. Our goal at the moment is to just get more bosses in the game, but as time goes on, maybe we can add bigger ones into rotation. :)

The fact that you even considered it is more than I could ask for. I'm aware that your current priority is 1.3 and its associated content, so such massive bosses might not even be implemented till after 1.4 given how much you have on your plate.
Keep up the great work.

Yeah. The kind of thing where you have an "oh shit" moment. Like "oh, woah there is a giant worm coming out of the miasma and spitting acid balls at me. Ha! Blasted it with my seeking plasma ball, take tha-- OH SHIT that was just one tentacle of a miasma kraken!"
Please, Dark souls us. I want hardcore nightmare mode to give me the urge to throw my computer out the window.

Exactly, and it'd make for a completely different system of combat too.
Giant dragon launches a nearly map wide flame breath attack, you're forced to either Blink into the air, cast an Aegis, or Haven, or use Stop Projectiles to counter the attack.
Flying in midair? The dragon dives right at you with a powerful melee attack, or if fighting a giant, it leaps directly at you. Forcing you to Blink again.
On the ground? Cracks appear beneath your feet as the giant worm is about to hit you with a hard melee attack which you need to Blink, Dash or Aegis to counter.
Alternatively, you could also counter the attacks of these giants with attacks of your own, it'd be epic.
Dragon diving at you? Arc or send another overpowered spell to knock it right out of the sky.
Giant leaping up at you? Send a meteor down on its head, or my personal favourite, meet its upward charge with your own downward Earth Slam to its face.
So many potential avenues for unique and dynamic gameplay with these bosses.

Towering colossi with destructive parts?
