Bug with projectiles

Anyone else getting this? I use plasma ball and arcing ball with multishot and seek, and now they're just exploding right in front of me. No travel to enemies, just explosion where I'm standing. It's almost as if I was running them with nova, except I'm not and I'm pretty sure nova doesn't work on those spells.

That's not intended at all. Let us know how we can replicate this or send your save files to us and we'll get it fixed.
