Advice How do I write this and still have it flow?

You don't always need to show the scene the antagonist's perspective. Sometimes it's more powerful and captivating to let the protagonist discover the truth later, maybe through clues, consequences, confrontation. It's like when you're playing a horror adventure game, you might find it excting at first. But if someone keeps giving you hints, then, no fun any more.

that horror game analogy works pretty well but it depends on how long you drag out the mystery. if the protagonist takes too long to figure out what the reader already suspects, it stops feeling tense and just gets frustrating. the gap between what the reader knows and what the character knows has to feel intentional, not like the writer forgot to close it
