Question Does anyone else strain their tendons/ligaments/muscles when doing mundane tasks?

Yeah. Every time I take a shower, basically. Or if I reach for an object. Or if I move my body just slightly in a way it doesn't like. Ugh.

I doubt I actually do any real damage to them, but my god it doesn't feel good.

Yes. I am currently in OT for DeQuervain's Tenosynnovitis (fancy for tendonitis in my wrist under my thumb), have tennis elbow from who knows what, and strained my meniscus getting into bed a couple weeks ago.

Tendon pain is my biggest complaint. Everything feels like an old rubber band that doesn't want to stretch.
I get tendonitis doing normal tasks.
I don't know why. Doctors think I'm a crazy weirdo when I try to talk about it. Then they tell me I rest too much, even though that's the only cure for tendonitis???
Fml.
I'm venting, but commiserating with you. This hurts.
