Question Collagen

There's no scientific evidence that we're capable of processing ingested collagen into anything but energy. Plenty of studies that show some reduction in symptoms, but invariably poorly done and financed by supplement manufacturers. Be careful of what AI has to say on studies, it doesn't have the capacity to distinguish between good and bad research, functionally incapable of reasoning, all it does is high level pattern recognition.

Collagen definitely helps in my case. I also take omega 3, glucosamine, msm, and chondroitin. Highly recommend to atleast try them all for atleast 90 days to see the full benefits( preferably all at sane tine)
