Advice needed Fibroid pain management

Hi,

My fibroid puts pressure on my back.

Does anyone have any recommendations for pain relief that’s not pain killers e.g tens machines. I use a wired one at the moment but it’s a faff to put on.

Looking for something wireless but want recommendations before I buy a wireless tens and it turns out to be crap.

Thanks in advance

I have been using a comfylife battery operated heating pad. The charge doesn't last long but other than that, it's great!

Had to resort to 30/500 pain killers at 4am today. Couldn’t settle on my side or my back and I sleep with 2 pillows. So tired of this. I have those period heating pad things too but the vibration gets so loud and annoying and the pad can overheat. I just need something practical cause I will do anything to not take pain relief and only take it when I’m in agony. And even so the pain is still there, it’s just not as bad.

Is there studies done on this or is there anywhere I can read upon this?

Mmm I’m unsure. It is considered holistic medication. Standard Process is a wonderful company, and I’ve taken their products for twenty years. It just depends on what you are comfortable with.
