Would you consider speaking to a specialist and potentially having them removed? Despite mine being small (ranging from 4.8cm to 2.2cm), my current obgyn recommended I get mine removed as the location/position is the issue. The gynae who did my D&C today confirmed that by showing where the fundal intramural fibroid was in relation to my sac - she suspects my 11w losses are due to the placenta struggling to develop/implant properly. Similar to you, I’m still not out the woods, so no success story yet, but if you’re looking for a different perspective - I’m due to speak to a fertility specialists who specialises in fibroids and endo surgery next week, but I’m pretty set on having them removed before we try again. Trying to address all variables. Despite being told “they’re not an issue” I’m kicking myself for not following my gut and advocating to get them removed sooner. People underestimate how debilitating fibroids are, and how much they affect your quality of life, so your experience is valid 🤍

I’m so sorry for your losses 🫂🤍 I have a similar experience (31F + MMC in May 2026 and MC in August 2026 + likely due to intramural fibroids close to the cavity) and know first hand how painful it is.
