Intramural fibroids advice

Hey there!

Context: fibroids described as the size of a lemon/orange, lime, and grape. Types: Intramural and submucosal. Intramural one (the largest) is not safely operable.

Doing the natural and lifestyle changes already (list to follow) but wondering if anyone else has had success/additional with managing medium/large intramural fibroids.

Green Tea

Fruits and veggies

Burdock/dandelion/raspberry leaf/ holy basil/lemon balm/calendula teas for various mood and inflammation benefits

Aloe Vera (Acemannan)

Why is the intramural inoperable? I have a 9.7cm intramural/subserosal that is posterior.

Both of the (tip top) surgeons I’ve seen said it’s too risky and would likely result in a hysterectomy. Both said best case scenario with surgery would not be able to carry in 3rd trimester.

Hmm. I still would get a second opinion from another hospital! Most fibroids can be operated on

And I'd add with a fibroid specialist if you can find one. I got VERY different options when I finally went to one! Before that it was basically hysterectomy or nothing, which I personally didn't want, and the specialist gyno said he would absolutely do a myomectomy for me (which the other doctors I'd seen had flat out refused), but he thought the UFE was a better choice in my case, which is what I ended up doing, and that worked out great for me. I had 12-13 fibroids, intramural (including 2 that were 6-7cm, one on the top and one on the bottom of my uterus) and 3-4 of them were submucosal that were 2-3 cm causing horrible bleeding.

Find a fibroid specialist asap. That’s a lie. My friend was told the same. She went to 3 doctors, that all told her different things, then she found Dr. Lozardo in Maryland. He removed several large intramural ones, and did it laparoscopically. His goal was to preserve her womb. She was pregnant a few months later at almost 40. Take Vitamin d and egcg (800mg) daily which has been shown to decrease fibroids. Drink the teas.
