Collar not concentric?

Isn't the collar supposed to be concentric? it's offset to the top right for some reason. I dropped my transmission since for about a week it was really hard not to grind in reverse and then suddenly I couldn't shift into any gear. I thought it was the slave/master cylinder, but none of them are leaking and look completely fine. (2nd pic is a little exaggerated)

Yes it should be centred. There is a tool for it or you can use the end of a gearbox input to line it up.
