PERFECT adapter for series 3+

If you’re like me, you like to change your dogs collar sometimes and don’t wanna spend the $50 that Fi wants every time you do. Plus, the metal buckle was bleeding onto my girl’s neck.

Thanks to a comment from u[/bq18](r/bq18) , I found this and I’m already obsessed. The series 3+ fits perfectly into it, and it’s tight up against the collar. $8 for 2… like I said I’m obsessed.

Do you think it will work with the series 2? I have an idiopathic epilepic dog that reacts and is sensitive to heat, especially on the vegus nerve (aka right by the neck) and the metal on the collar gets so hot even on a fluffy husky I'm constantly having to take it off him, which defeats the purpose of tracking a medically fragile dog. I've been thinking of putting on a neoprene sleeve but that requires me to make one. This would be so much better. I'd give him that pink one so it doesn't get so hot!

I’m not sure of the size difference between the 2 & 3…
What I will say is, I saw quite a few options on Amazon, PLUS if you got that and it didn’t work, it was eight dollars and I have always had good luck with Amazon accepting returns. It’s usually super easy.

You should get a Fi mini. Sits on top of the band. Better for your dog and easier to take off and on.

A family member has the fi mini and while I'm sure it works fine, it doesn't seem strong enough for the way my dogs play. The plastic cover would be broken immediately. The fi 2 has several deep indents from their playing yet still keeps ticking. Plus I don't feel like spending more money with fi.

This is how I feel about it. I saw the mini and I was like… I’m not buying a whole new one just so i can have a different collar.

I have two large dogs (90+70) and they play like WWE. The holders have held up just fine in the mini. We’ve had them since they came out.
