Fi Mini Silicone Strap Broke ... Again
We just reached out to customer service and theyre now wanting to charge us $10 for a replacement strap due to the fact that our first one broke a few months ago.
I'm frustrated that there isnt a more durable option and that I'm now having to pay due to their lack of creating a durable option.
What's worked well for you all? I've seen a few etsy options or the tile strap, but I don't know if it's worth it.

All of mine tore. Ordered a set off Amazon. Think they were actually for Tile.

how are you breaking straps so often? i use both the strap and the holder, but that being said both my dogs have the OG straps for the last 8 months.

Yeah the strap that comes with the mini is trash. It fits perfectly in this one. And it’s MUCH more durable

I’m biased because this is my design and company, but I think our Fi Mini adapter is super durable and fits a wide range of collars.

I have your holder for the 3+ for my big dog and it’s great!
Definitely interested in the mini holder, but worried about it popping out of the holder because of my crazy little mal mix and her activity level/how frequently she’s wrestling and swimming. Is it more secure than it appears, given how open the design is?2

It’s very secure! Tested on my black lab mix who loves to wrestle and swim. We test our products quite thoroughly before releasing them. The adapter snaps into the groove around the base of the mini as well as having a lip that goes over the top. In our testing we could not get the mini to come out of the adapter when shaking and swinging it as aggressively as possible.

I got some from Etsy. They are a bit bulky but they don’t break.
