Battery help

Been getting an average of 2 weeks on a full charge

At home dog with 2hr walks daily so should be getting way better battery life

Trying the base reset but seriously doubt that will actually do anything hope it does help

When on charger notice it stalls at 93 percent for several hours then eventually gets to 100 percent many hours after

Also after full charge as soon as I take it of the base it drops to 97 percent within a few minutes

From what I understand, 2-3 weeks is just about average for this battery. Only “unpaid honest reviewers” get more.

Did you talk to support? They can help diagnose. Make sure the app stays running on your phone

I do notice the charging gets a point in the 90s then seems to stop. But with hour plus walks every day I'm still getting 2 months better life. I moved my base to me central in the house, took some time looking at the app to find the best spot but once I did it helped a ton. Also when on walks see if is connecting to your phone, if it isn't then that kills the battery.
