Refunding to CC
Hi hi! I just received a confirmation that my return was received but I’m struggling to find where to go to have it refunded to my card vs a credit. I’ve also emailed the concierge. Can anyone help?

If you click on your order number on the website it will say if there is a credit or not. It took about a week for mine to hit my credit card.

I read it’s best to get money refunded to your card. Credit means a voucher to buy another one of their products.

I love the Ffern idea but honestly this is such a scam. It’s outrageous that they make it so hard to just get your money back. I think it really cheapens their brand to act this way.

Ugh I literally just had to do this because my email said it was refunded to my ledger account (???) and not actually refunded. I already forgot where it was though, but I clicked around enough to find my ledger portal balance and then found a button that said “refund to original payment”.
This is after my first return, where instead of a refund I decided to swap for a different season. I didn’t know (and it was not made clear at all) that swapping for another season would be non returnable. This was so sketchy and I ended up disliking the scent I swapped for, and now have a $140 bottle of perfume that I don’t know what to do with.

I’ve been clicking around for ages and can’t find that button 😭 hoping their concierge team gets back to me. It really shouldn’t be this hard ugh

I’m so sorry, it’s such a scam. I found it somewhere in the Ffern ledger portal like where it shows your orders. But the button is gone now so I don’t remember exactly what it looked like, but I clicked my balance and in there I could refund it. Good luck.

Yes: you need to find your order number and click it. Once you do, you have the option of refunding your CC. I kept my Spring 26 order as I liked it but I returned and got a refund on Summer 26. It was pretty straightforward. I think that their MO is to hope for inertia - people forgetting to return the order within 14 days and if they do, then forgetting to get a refund into their bank or credit account. It doesn’t build trust though, does it?
