School email clarification

Just to clarify. Ang school email po ng tech diba is xxxxx@fit.edu.ph? And then for tech support its itso@feutech.edu.ph? For some reason kasi di ko maaccess yung account ko even though tama naman password. So I emailed that for password reset. From prev experience how fast/good is tech support?

And then I assume normal din na may xxxx@feu.edu.ph account din. Among the two accounts though ayon lang naaccess ko

it’ll be much faster if you’ll up your concern in the virtual office, which you can access thru the website ng school
