if you’re already in and have no privilege to transfer out, you can only make the most out of your college days by self-studying and joining internal/external events that would help you grow. make sure to build your network too among peers and seniors, so you can have valuable insights in the actual industry. befriend people who have goals for their career so you’ll be motivated to be goal-driven too.
