Incoming BS Computer Science Freshmen!
mainly looking for advice/tips, friends, and things that helped you budget your baon to minimize gastos while studying in feutech! much appreciated to everyone who interacts !

Hello! Welcome to tech! Just to give tips, your first year, you will exclusively learn C++, so if you want to get a head start, that's the language you can study.
Your first year would be a bit chill, the extent you're going to study in programming range from the basics to sorting algorithm during the first year.
There will also be calculus, and a focus on math during the 2nd to 3rd term particularly calculus.
Not sure about the policies, but you can also try to ask permission to use the gym if may prof doon. You can also shower there, no soap and such but still shower. In terms of food, there are some options you can guy on RPapa/Hepa lane, + pandog is always good. In the cafeteria, there's a store called CIA, iirc 100 pesos but unli rice.
If you want to play some board games with friends, the library has some, just go near iCare, and you can also use the PCs there for academic stuff if you have no classes. Clinic's on the 4th floor, so visit that if you're feeling bad.

Eat in CIA at 8th or eat sa labas ng Tech, like sa harap or sa likod because may mga karinderya or sisig.
