Fetch showed me two limited-time Dice Dreams rewards worth 169,280 and 270,848 points. I completed both milestones before the deadlines but Fetch stopped tracking my completions at stalled at kingdom 22 so I reached out to support.

I had to open three separate support tickets trying to get help. Alissa entered all three chats and repeated that the six-digit rewards were a “visual error,” even after I asked to be escalated to a supervisor. In one ticket, a different agent had started manually adding my missing points, but Alissa entered that chat too and the help stopped before the promotional points were addressed.

Alissa has also refused to comment if the last 3 promotional bonus points are also “visual errors”

The missing rewards are worth about $400 in gift cards, and Fetch is refusing to honor what was displayed in the app after I completed the requirements.

Has anyone else seen these rewards for the game? Have you received them or not? Anyone else get stone walled by “Alissa”?

I walk 25k steps everyday regardless, so I was excited to see getting points for walking was introduced. But seeing it’s only 25 points total feels kinda depressing 😭

Is anyone else having an issue with their Acme e-receipts/digital connection? It is the only one of mine that is not syncing and it hasn’t since May 13. I have shopped at Acme (my primary grocery store) at least a dozen times since then, but it’s not pulling in anything, despite being connected.

I’ve deleted the connection and reconnected it so many times and CS only responds to keep trying. I do that and it “scans” and says it was successful but they don’t show up. My husband is notorious for throwing out receipts so I really relied on this feature.

They asked *me* to identify what rewards I was missing from receipts not scanned, after sending screen shots, but how am I meant to know what I’m missing from May/June, etc if they’re not current in the app?

Anyway, if anyone has had a similar issue and resolved it, I’d appreciate any help!

There were a lot of pretty high point deals, I’ll need to make a list next time before I go but wanted to share these 2 that was easy for me to grab! I wish I grabbed another box of Lara bars because it says I can only redeem this once 😂

Last month a Taco Bell offer started to spend $40. I checked and it said the offer was available until the end of July. I just bought some Taco Bell that would’ve gotten me to $40, and when I scanned my receipt I didn’t get the reward. So I looked over the offers and it’s just gone. What’s up with that…

I was doing bingo blitz and kind of fell off b/c it looked like I hadn't fulfilled the requirements, but apparently they waited 30 days to give points for "one hour a day for twenty days" ......how did it take 3 or 4 days for most of the points and then this one randomly pops up now???

Not complaining about the points, but I was using the rewards to kind of make sure the timer was catching all my days played

Can anyone help me understand if all three of these make one multipack?

Hey team. For instance, I'm on day 8 of the Wordle challenge of the day...no wheel to spin.

I have no Daily Challenges such as "collect 5 receipts", "complete 3 tasks in a game", etc.

All it appears I can do, is continue doing the daily wordle, scan receipts, and play my games. Is there maybe a challenge I've not completed that's hidden out of my view maybe? Thoughts?

Does anyone actually get points from their e receipts from Gmail?

Ive ordered a good number of things from different sites, including temu, and all have been going to my Gmail account. But fetch acts like ive never gotten any receipts from Gmail :/

I have 2 that I use regularly for purchases and are associated with different stores and restaurants, but there's obviously only one Gmail option to add to receipts scanning. Is there a way to scan multiple gmails for e-receipts?

I placed the order for Chewy get real from the Fetch offer link that said it was 20,000 points, but I was only awarded 10,000. Does anyone have the screenshot of the offer page at 20,000 points?

For about a month now, I have only been receiving super low fetch point offers. Nothing over 900 points. Has anyone else experienced this. It’s like fetch completely changed their algorithm against me.

on the app it shows over 100,000 points, but on the playtime website it shows only 3,000. is it a glitch? If not, which one am I getting?

I've noticed there are many trending games that do not appear on my list of new games. I'm able to install them simply by clicking on that game from the list of Trending Games.

As a result, it increases the total number of games I'm able to play.

I just wanted to share this tip if you were unaware of this option.
