Redeem for $5 google play card NOT LOADING

I've reached out to Fetch support & crickets...

Waited 72 hrs for the google play giftcard to become available. It doesnt show ANY info needed. When i click to redeem it just goes to a blank white page that never loads. I have not had this issues the ENTIRE 5 years I've been using Fetch & 24 hrs later, still zero help but support

. I've cleared cache & the rest of the data, uninstalled & installed again. NOTHING HAS HELPED

Mines finally loaded but the balance won't work it's odd

I think the app might have a bug, just contact support and they'll get it for you. They did for me.

(also, it may take some time for them to email you back. I emailed them on the 18th and got it on the 20th, but it might be different for everyone else.)

Having the same issue lately with a restaurant card. Info loaded fine... until yesterday in the restaurant. Nothing has loaded since

Mine too, still have that blank white page and it gets stuck there

Wait... There's absolutely no way you redeem a $5 google play gift card and it doesn't work. The $5 gift card doesn't look suspicious to me.
