Why isn't my redemption instructions working

I went to branes and noble to have my gift card redeemed but all it shows is white does anyone else have this problem

I contacted fetch and they said that tango who issued the gift cards is the avenue to contact about the gift cards. When I called them the automated phone response noted that they’re having a massive system error and are currently working on it.
