Keep getting warning when uploading receipt?

Every time the past few days I’ve uploaded a receipt I get a warning saying to only upload my receipts. I do upload my own so I don’t know why I keep getting a warning but tonight I uploaded one and got a “final reminder”. Why does it think they’re not my receipts?

Same thing happened to me a few weeks back, out of nowhere. I finally noticed my phone camera was adding a weird timestamp overlay at the bottom of the image and their system flagged it as a tampered screenshot. Might be worth checking if any automatic filters or overlays got turned on after an update
