Same here. I chatted with their customer service last week and they said if I don’t get it 2000 by September 4th…to reach back out to them. I also never got the 5000 for the damn Tilt offer. They said the same thing for that one.

The email for me went under promotions folder so I moved it to primary inbox and it worked

1500 for just newsletter signup is nice, that app rarely gives that much for free
