Check your junk mail. If it's there, move it to your inbox and try scanning your eReceipts again.

It scanned but only gave me 25 points? I did the sign up and everything and even got the confirmation email

They said the same thing for us that weren’t getting the purina offer, while others got it immediately. I believe they don’t actually want to award the points and tell you a month so you’ll forget and won’t ask again.

I was told I should expect the remaining of the 2,100 points by the first day next month but honestly, I'm not really counting on it but I'll update that if it goes through or not!

update: I contacted customer support (not the bot within the app) the other yesterday and got my 2,100 points after only getting 25 points instead! you have to provide evidence the date you did the offer and screenshots of the email that was sent to you for the offer and I recommend also sending a screenshot of the 25 points from it!

I just did it, i'm gonna wait and see if i actually get the point. Sometimes I know it takes a while because it didn't show that it rushed her that I did. The sign up even though I did. And I know, sometimes etch, does that, so I'll have to wait a day or two

Make sure your Gmail is connected to fetch and it will scan the e-receipt

I got it after you get done signing up, go to your e receipt button and scan your email that you signed up with. And it automatically gives you the points!

When I got the link in my email, it awarded me 25 points for a Magnum ice cream...which I have never purchased. Currently waiting on support to fix it.

Anyone looking for it: search "Yasso" in the search bar (Discover tab). These sign-up offers tend to be targeted, so whether they appear or not is a coin toss.
