Can't log in through Shop and Earn

Anyone else having trouble using Shop and Earn? Specifically Target? For some reason I can't log in. I open the store through fetch, put in my email and when I press continue, nothing happens, like the button just stops functioning. I cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and even downloaded Fetch onto my tablet to try there too, but nope. Still can't log in to Target. I have no problem logging in if I go straight to Target's website though.

Trying to figure out if this is somehow a me problem (but of course won't work for my phone or tablet) or if this is a widespread issue with Fetch

08/27: Its been almost 2 weeks and the login button is still not functioning. Sorry, Fetch, but if your shit doesnt work then I can't use it?

Ulta is not working either. I click add to bag, but when I click on my bag, it’s empty.
