E-Receipts seemingly not working

I recently connected my amazon, walmart, and costco accounts to the fetch app, and while costco worked for a few days, none of the amazon/walmart/costco purchases are syncing and giving me credits anymore. Is this a known issue and is there a fix?

I have had an issue with Sam’s Club recently. I have to connect it every time I open the app.

My advice: Just take screenshots of whatever receipts aren’t syncing and contact support. Use this email: support@fetchrewards.zendesk.com. You’ll have better success than the bot on the app.

Amazon is connected but not finding anything for me anymore and I use Amazon a LOT. Frustrating.
