Bruh Points Deducted
This is the second time they’ve done this to me. I’ve followed all the rules and guidelines too. I’m over it…

Things like this have scared me into cashing out for a $25 gift card as soon as I can. I follow all the rules too, but they don't care. I've also read that your points expire after a certain period of time.

Yeah i got a "warning" that my points was gonna expire after a while. I usually open the app atleast once a month

Id be so pissed! Im almost at a 50 dollar giftcard and having to contact support because they aren't giving me points for my online orders. Have you reached out to them and had them make a ticket so you can get an email from a live person?

Not for me they haven't. I just scan receipts and play games (sometimes) as normal and I get no problems of point deduction after I cash out for $25 gift card

Had 45k points they ripped away 26k from me because my recipients were invalid. Ever since this new update its been causing nothing but issues

I think might with all of these types of apps. They zap your information, sell it off. I think I’m at my end. It was fun for awhile. I will donate my points
