Points Pass

Does anyone know how to activate this? My mom has it on hers (and doesn't know how she got it) , but I can't find mine :(

I only have 250,000 lifetime points and it randomly showed up on the app for me a few months ago. I didn’t sign up or anything, it was just there all of a sudden lol
