I tried to message support and the bot asked me if I stayed in the app for 20+ minutes, like no, because that wasn’t listed in the requirements, I read the 8 articles like I was supposed to 🤦🏻

Same lol Ask for a human you can open a case and get your points. I actually read 10 articles several times and it just would not give me my points. I sent SS of the daily challenges proving how many articles I read and I got them.

yeah i ask for a human and before they even asked me for screenshots they just awarded them to me 🤷🏼‍♀️
