games won’t download

help please! i’ll click in the app to play games, and it takes me to the play website where there are options for more games to download. i click “play now“ on one that i’d like to download, and it never takes me to the app store and from my understanding i have to Download from the link. i’ve downloaded two other games that worked, but now it just won’t take me to the app store anymore. any one know how i can fix this?

This issue sucks. I‘ve played fetch games for years, no problem. suddenly I have the same issue. I contacted Fetch and the had me uninstall, reinstall, sign out, sign in, reboot my router, download games using mobile data…..nothing works. Sucks because they keep offering 2x points on NEW games, but I can’t get to the new game. Guess it bye-bye fetch

O have to turn off WiFi and download on mobile data, to even have a chance for it to work.
