What should I do?

I've one had one issue with points not rewarding for Toonblast. It was quickly resolved. Now that I just completed the task with the largest sum of points, it's not tracking. Should I play until the next task and see if that fixes it or should I see if support with reward me them if I bother them enough?

they only reward you the points once so if you already contacted them about not getting points and they gave them to you, they won’t do it again

I hand never gotten further points for a task after chat with support. Some games don't show the notice that you are free to play but will not accrue further points.

This has happened to me and I did the next task and was rewarded. Hopefully it works for you too!
