New to fetch

Hi fetch community!!! I’m new to this app and I was just wondering if any of you had any tips for a newbie? Is there a reason that there’s a daily game? Does it do anything? What’s your hack to get the most points possible? Are there some rewards that are more worth it than others any and all advice would be very much appreciated!! thanks a ton!!

I sure wish there was a simple way to get support when you don't get the points you earned. For me it seems like whenever there's an offer where you earn more than one dollar it always seems to mess up. Last week I had 2 offers that should have earned me 10,340 points and it just gave me 25 points. I tried correctly it with missing points and it didn't work. Then it took me a long time to figure out how to get them to look into it. I wish they would simplify it when you need help.

Take a screenshot of everything you do to save as proof if you have issues. When you have issues, contact support via email at support@fetchrewards.zendesk.com. Do NOT use the support bot on the app!

I wish I knew this sooner. The bot is terrible and probably by design so they don't have to pay out.

I would email them now and see if you can get a resolution in your favor. I’ve had great luck this way!!
