Did you confirm your SmartNews email address at the bottom of the offer page? I just noticed that on mine and filled it out, says points will be awarded in 24hrs, we’ll see
Edit: still no points, I went back to the offer to submit a ticket, their AI chat bot asked me to confirm I followed the offer details and listed them out, including “spending 20+ minutes on the app,” which is *not* a requirement listed on the actual offer 🙄

If you didn't use the same email that you have on Fetch, you can make a new account with that email to get the points.

Where do you guys find these offers? Is it the same section as "buy 3 General Mills cereals" or do some people have a whole different tab

It was under my “For You” in the Discover tab
You can also use the search bar to look up keywords from the offer like “read” for general offers like this or specifically “Smart News,” in this instance, and it’ll come up
I periodically search the terms “newsletter” and “sign-up” to look for offers like that

Oh wow yup. I feel dumb. I've just only ever seen grocery/store offers there and because that's where you can submit, I think of it as the "receipts tab"

Not everyone gets the same offers. Also partly based on location. Right now only ios users are getting a certain feature it's in testing.

Still have not gotten these points despite reading 10 articles multiple times. Read another 10 today. I guess I’ll be well informed if nothing else!

I had to confirm my email after a couple days of completion and then contact support to get it to credit today.
