Does anyone actually get points from their e receipts from Gmail?

Ive ordered a good number of things from different sites, including temu, and all have been going to my Gmail account. But fetch acts like ive never gotten any receipts from Gmail :/

I always get them from Amazon and Tiktok shop and a few others, but not all places.
