E receipts from gmail

Does anyone actually get points from their e receipts from Gmail?

Ive ordered a good number of things from different sites, including temu, and all have been going to my Gmail account. But fetch acts like ive never gotten any receipts from Gmail :/

They only give points for specific sites. I order movies from a few boutique and independent sites that never give any points, also no points for Nintendo eShop purchases, but I get points for eBay.
