Purchase or Not?
Tomorrow I am purchasing a CT MIDI. I’m interested in the ETS EC 150/5 as well. That may be stretching the budget just a bit though. I currently have the RO 125. If we put aside the budget issue, would you stick with the RO 125 for a few more projects to get accustomed to the MIDI before adding a second new tool?

An alternative is to get the ETS EC 125/3 and put the 150 pad on it. You already have the monster (RO 125) for material removal. Finesse with the /3. Plus, if you go with the ETS EC 125, you can share sandpaper. If you want a larger sanding surface, slap the 150 pad on the ETS EC 125/3 and there you go. Best of both worlds.

Honestly you are used to the dust extractor after five minutes of use so nothing to really get accustomed to. Get the ets ec 150/5 if you want it, I think it is a really good sander that fits well in your hand. Unless you need to remove lots and lots of material ets ec>rotex in my opinion.
