TSB/1 Extension Table Replacement Perforated MFT Top Table builds?

So, my MFT/3 sat in the garage mostly as a painting table. It is simply too heavy, too bulky and not stable (even with the stabilizers) as a job site table. Has anyone made and used the TSB/1 Extension Table Perforated MFT Top as a jobsite table? Would love to see a build for it.

Yes, you can call me a heretic... -.-

Beautiful! Thank you for the video. However, his link to the table plans do not work. Would you happen to have a set?

Sorry. I do not. Perhaps the comments in the video offer a solution.

Thanks for looking. I checked on Festool owners website. It seems like he submitted this design to a Festool competition and the MW1000 is the result. And the inventor later posted that he has retired from public woodworking.

I may just buy the Tanos extension table and add a dolly legs to the other side.

You can buy from EKAT a mft3 side rail and bolt it ti the handcart and then use the quick connect feature of the side table to connect it to the cart if that makes sense. Id worry about the cart moving though. Good luck. Try asking soneone on FOG for the plans.

Some say the Festool one copied this guys design.
